Design Process
We like to work to a basic but effective step process structure. This helps us and our customer know exactly what stage they are at all times and prevents confusion. Each step will only be signed off by the customer. Once you are fully happy you, the customer, can tell us where you want to go next, or if you want to revisit a step. This allows you to know what you are paying for and what standard to expect from us. Please find our step guide below:
Initial Quote & Consultation
This is the first stage of the design process. Here we will go over the main aspect of the specific design that you require. The key information that we will be looking for here is, what you plan to do with your designs and your target audience. At this stage you can also deonte if there is a type of design you would like; how many colours and what size of fonts to use etc. Once we have gathered all this information, we will then contact you with a quote and any other information so we are both clear on everything that has been agreed and is required.
Draft Process
This is the stage where we take all the information from the previous step and crack on with the design! This is our favourite part of the job and no doubt an exciting part of the process for the customer.
Taking into account the information from step 1, we will now go ahead and generate some draft designs which we will send you so you can check the progress and decide if you like the direction we are going in. Any feedback or criticism will be taken on board and then implemented back into the design. We value our customer’s thoughts immensely and will go through a step by step adjustment process based on the feedback. Once you are happy with the final draft, we can then move onto the final step of final print versions and what we can do next.
Final Print & Additional Services
At this stage, once you have all the correct file types for printing, we will determine if you require any further services we can offer or help arrange.
